Tim Rademacker has extensive experience in the field of recycling and sustainable materials. Since March 2024, he has been serving as the Divisional CEO Recycling at the Faerch Group, where he leads strategic development to promote the circular economy for food packaging and is responsible for the CIRREC division. Prior to his role at the Faerch Group, he worked as the Sales Director for Composites in the EMEA region and General Manager for the global Carbon Fiber Recycling Business at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. During his tenure there, he made significant contributions to the development and optimization of recycling processes for carbon fibers. He also served as Managing Director at Karl Meyer Group, where he developed innovative solutions for the recycling of carbon fibers. His expertise includes the complete material recovery of carbon fibers and the sustainable disposal of CFRP materials.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the waste management industry, including positions at renowned companies such as Veolia, Tim has consistently focused on developing innovative technologies to transform waste into valuable products and applications. He holds several patents, and his educational background is in Technical Business Administration.
