Volker Glöckner
Volker Gloeckner is Head of Public Affairs & Circular Economy at ALPLA. Prior to joining ALPLA, he spent more than a decade in the environmental NGO sector, working in public affairs, communications, and stakeholder engagement. At ALPLA, he leads advocacy efforts and stakeholder relations on packaging, recycling, and circular economy policies at both EU and national levels. His work focuses on promoting regulatory frameworks that foster innovation, increase recycling, and accelerate the transition to a true circular economy for rigid plastic packaging.
