Over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Control, in integrated QHES management systems and in managing internal and third-party audits. Extensive experience and expertise in analytical chemistry, organic synthesis, particularly in production of polymers in solution and emulsion, knowledge of business processes, and continuous improvement techniques such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, TPM. For 4 years, responsible of Plasta Rei R&D team, working on the development of the chemical recycling process of PET through solvolysis. Since July 2021, responsible for compliance of overall Plasta Rei processes and for the development of management systems at Plasta Rei.
